About John Pate

 

John was born in Lennox Hill New York in the late 1970's.

As owner opperator of Pate Developement john participated in permitting, designing, location discovery, qualifying contractors and vendors, oversseing schedule and timeline.  John has previous experience in high end decorative plasters, marble sculpture , anatomical teachings, has attended foundry school and has been taught at the American Fine Arts Academy on 57th street in Manhattan. Mr pate has a full understanding of mold making and manufacturing techniques and delivers practical designs which include cost bennefits for standarized manufacturing techniques used globally.  This empowers fast integration to mainstream manufacturers product lines and manufacturing facilities.

 

Mr Pate has spent years in the commercial construction housing industry also acquiring his state real estate sales associates lisence where he interacted with mortgage brokers, source lenders, title search vendors. He also engaged in comprable market annalysis, contract negotiating and other functions to satisfy clients needs on a day to day basis.

 

John was serious about health and fitness and perticipated in sports daily for decades until he was struck with serious spinal trauma which ended his triathlon life and his bodybuilding system, ususlly exercising between 2 to 6 hours per day 5 to 6 days a week and intaking between 4 to 8 thousand calories per day while maintaining less than 4 percent bodyfat.  Since then Mr Pate has shown contemporary art in many cities around the world.  He has sold hundreds of works and has won art compititions in NYC.

 

John Pate is the founder and lead innovator at ELECTROLIPS LLC, a Berkeley-based company pioneering custom power generation systems, UV sterilization technology, and retrofit power solutions for vehicles, structures, and aerospace applications.

 

An electronics engineer from need to understand his own devices workings, with a fascination for piezoelectric materials, noble elements, and fluidic circuitry, John’s work explores the frontiers of multi-phase coil generators, nano-piezo agitation energy systems, and modular wind-powered generators designed for vehicles, cities, and utilizes andvanced magnetic applications in his designs. ELECTROLIPS projects emphasize sustainability, self-sufficiency, and the repurposing of motion and environment into power.

 

John’s background is both technical and creative. He was formerly a supernumerary performer with the Palm Beach Opera Company, participating in multiple productions. He has participated in community theater. As a visual artist, he previously ran JohnPateArt.com, exhibiting his work in prestigious shows and community shows across the U.S. and Europe in cities such as:

New York City, San Francisco, Palm Beach, Amsterdam, Paris, Tuscany, Berkeley/Oakland

He also founded Pate Development LLC, a company focused on new construction in south florida, and has a history of volunteer work in support of charitable organizations geared at helping teens and adults stricken with mental dissabilities and drug addiction in South Florida. With a multidisciplinary foundation and a constant drive to innovate, John brings a unique vision to the future of clean power and intelligent infrastructure.

 

Mr Pate is also championing for relocation of sea life and fragile ecosystems to inland abandoned quarries where these marine life forms can survive our chemichal overloads and remain in clean environments. As well as promoting and develpoement of a privatized offshore trading platform system located in international waters outside major coastal cities globally. 

 

Along with many other attributes Mr Pate is also raising awareness of the importance of removal of all sewage pipes below ground within 5 miles of oceans , seas, lakes , rivers and streams and in where suspension systems would be employed to allocate sewage pipes well above crown eliminating leachage into the eco system for an  ever expanding human population

 

We have a great interest in organization of billions of people to reduce impact on the environment. Most people are unaware of the chemicals the human species emits by the second and the impact we have on the environment as well as our livestocks impact. We create entire archetypes for green overcrowded living which are highly profitable and create not only jobs but additional industry and niche sub industries.

 

The past few years have been trials for Mr pate as he navigated his way out of very bad business encounters and entanglements he was in and set sail on innovations and technologies unused in todays world, but which are simple adjustments to systems and parts already used for decades to thousands of years.  Most of his works are self powered or rely on ambient energies to power the devices and apparatus in some cases even gravitational force is utilized to power products and systems developed by Electrolips llc and owner John Pate. 

 

John has file lawsuits against members of the Colombo crime family and Members of mar a lago repetedly however the Federal government continues to vacate case after case to protect members of teh Witness protection program, members of mar lago and the current president of the United STates of America Donald J Trump.  Mr pate has reported online crimes and destruction of IP and theft of IP over two dozen times to the FBI and has endured violence in retaliation from these people in Marseille france where he was attacked and again in Paris France while in search of a lawyer he was a victim of a Jihadist atatck which the US Department of State and the US Department of justice covered up while refusing to allow him back into the USA while other lawsuits against the US government became abandoned from time.  Mr pate is in the process of finding asylum from the USA, the Italian government, the french government and teh Slovenian government for ongoing, online crimes, occult crimes, theft, financial fraud and forced labor as well as tampering with other departments of the US government and causing greater financial distress through illegal actions upon mr Pate , while stealing hundreds of inventions along with writings, business models , Ip theft and a host of other crimes his ex co-members of mar a lago committed upon him daily through online manipulation, communications fraud and a host of other crimes and fraudulent actions by people with government jobs.
