Scene opens towards the end of conference. Large screen plays with footage of Departure point and spheres coming together to launch transport vessel. As speaker speaks, a ship on screen passes over as hundreds of spheres of various sizes begin locking in on the transport ship and begin forming the transport departure tunnel, where electromotive forces discharge the transport ship to its next jump point or —

Before the transport can make the launch, hundreds of spheres detach from the rear of the tunnel and are launched before the transport. These spheres will form the second tunnel that accelerates the ship to over 400,000k/ph. The city is a modern city design by today's comparison, which much resembles a very vertical Hong Kong or Times Square but most walls are white to reflect light. The city is built in hundred foot levels with new roadways and buildings situated on each level. Some super structures run from the ground floor all the way up through the top levels and crescendo a mile high using the city's common support system. The common structural city is a cross between privatized land and a single structure of order, with a city built in levels. Towers resembling resistors and diodes and other electrical components rising upwards of 1 mile into the heavens. The city is built with the look of 1970's circuitry resembling the interior hardware and lines of communication of a computer of today's time. The spires and towers and other tall structures highlighted with the familiar purple hue of the electricity burn-off units of glowing purple lightning behind glass rise into the evening sky. The purple glowing decorative units are used as decoration and hold function for excess power burn-off on the main grid, a network of streets, bridges, passages, tunnels and city structures rising high in 100 foot levels with the buildings, peaks and towers that comprise the city of OHM rising above —

A network of structures and passages powered on a main grid with an uncountable numbers of publicly and privately owned energy gen devices powering all. The city sits in 4 parts that are unconnected by hundreds of miles each with almost nothing but nature in between. The city has a population of approximately 50 million inhabitants in each part but occupies the same amount of land as the old city of Las Vegas. After the resistance retook the USA, the Los Angeles and San Diego water systems were dug in reverse sending water rushing inland where it is separated using the desert sun and evaporation beds then recondensed salt free water drips down the sides of the domed evaporation beds and is channeled into purification systems. Most of the sea-salt is used for computer parts or returned to the ocean with the other nutrients left behind in the evaporation beds. PARAMEDIC DRONE ARRIVES AND JIM IS LIFTED INTO AND FLIES OFF.

The electromagnetic relay satellites use each others weight and mass for mobility and can "inchworm" themselves all the way back to earth if needed, by using repulsive and attractive forces the satellites move as a snake would with no designated head, tail or body, all the spheres using each other to slingshot ahead, turn or brake. The speed for the consecutive rings is gained from the satellite spheres being shot ahead of the transport vessel and establishing the forthcoming tunnels that propel the spacecraft faster.

This is needed to align themselves with incoming transport modules enabling them to shoot the transport through the next jump point or object and on to its destination. To slow to entry speed the shuttle must orbit earth several times. When mars is not in position to slow the craft. The satellite spheres and main base (also a sphere) calibrate the shuttles departure.

A satellite sphere comes between the camera and the ship as the tunnels rings alignment takes place, followed by numerous others in snake style and the last one gets slung into position first and the others follow where in the second to last is now the second from first and so forth. They meet up with the rest already in formation by hurling each other with magnetic force, sounds reminiscent of an old starter of a car not turning over [not that exact sound but close to it] can be heard apparently from the working of the spheres. This particular load was mined from a piece of a large asteroid the size of New York city that was extracted from the Main asteroid belt and mined while inhabited between Jupiter and Saturn's orbits where it was relocated. Part of it was blasted off and stolen by bandits before the outpost was built to mine it. The trading post is rugged and unsafe on the asteroid but the tax and transport fees are too high.
